Madcat Mini Music Festival

£100.00

Madcat Live music started putting on gigs in Hereford 30 years ago, starting at the Black Lion on Bridge street, then the old Harp (now the Herdsman) before a five year residency at the Jailhouse nightclub with two nights of live bands every week. Since then Leo has worked in the festival and live music scene, most notably at Glastonbury Festival where he is the venue manager for the 'Rocket Lounge' a late night stage in the south east corner.

To celebrate this anniversary, Madcat is producing a Mini Festival of grass roots live music with a great opportunity to have a get together in the lush Herefordshire countryside only 2 miles from the city of Hereford.
Two stages will be running consecutively in the festival barn:

Friday evening from 8pm it's a rock n roll sensation, with the Forty Fours, Sister Suzie and Black Kat Boppers with Gaz Mayall spinning Vinyl.

Saturday is packed with an eclectic mix of styles including locals, Los Squideros, The Breaks, Tyler Massey Quartet, and from further afield, Paddy Steer, Dakka Skanks, Pronghorn & Alabama 3 acoustic, to name but a few

Sunday will be a reggae & chill tunes day with a slice of live Jazz with the Sunday roast.

There is camping for tents, caravans and live in vehicles, booking is through the venue. https://lydecourt.com

The City is a short hop from the venue with a late night bus to the City centre after the show.
